Role: 2nd/3rd Line Support

Location: Central London
Salary: £40K  + 20% bonus

A successful MSP in central London are looking to add an IT Support Engineer to their team on a permanent basis.

As the IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for being the onsite IT Engineer for 2 customers - acting as the 'go to' for any and all IT and Infrastructure related issues. You will deal with everything from BAU support to project delivery, working independently as well as part of the wider team.

Your week will be split between the 2 sites as the IT Support Engineer with the client  - every Monday you will be based at one site, with the other 4 days of the week based at either the other clients site or from the head office & home (this will change every other week).

You will be comfortable working in a customer facing position and will have an approachable yet professional way of working and dealing with users - a confidence in your abilities and a drive to succeed.

What you can bring to the team:
** Experience with Windows Server and OS
** Experience with office 365 - setups, configuration, troubleshooting
** Experience with Azure cloud services
** Understanding / experience with InTune
** Experience with networking - configuration, installation, maintenance
