2nd  Line Support – Surrey – up to £30k

Maxwell Bond are currently working with a market-leading ecommerce business based in Surrey as they continue to reshape the standard customer experience, and are looking for a skilled 2nd Line Support Specialist to come on board to support their customer facing team and ensure their continued success. 

As a 2nd Line Support Specialist, you’ll be working closely with product engineering team, collaborating with Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers etc. on a daily basis, providing top level support to a busy customer facing team.

This is the perfect opportunity for a tech savvy individual to join a business that strives to break the status quo – you should be passionate about providing an excellent standard of support to a truly exciting business model. 

The successful 2nd Line Support Specialist will need:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 & Office 365 support
  • Hands on experience of Windows & Mac OS environments
  • Mobile Device Management experience – InTune preferred
