Maxwell Bond are currently working with a market-leading ecommerce business based in Surrey as they continue to reshape the standard customer experience, and are looking for a skilled 2nd Line Support Specialist to come on board to support their customer facing team and ensure their continued success.
As a 2nd Line Support Specialist, you’ll be working closely with product engineering team, collaborating with Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers etc. on a daily basis, providing top level support to a busy customer facing team.
