Role: 3rd Line Support Engineer 
Location: Watford / Hybrid 
Salary: £45,000 DOE

Maxwell Bond is working with a fast-growing and reputable MSP who are looking to add a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Service Desk Manager, your day-to-day role as the 3rd Line Support Engineer will involve various hardware and software configurations, resolving customer requirements and will act as the primary contact for any 1st/2nd Line escalations.

**4+ years IT experience + MSP experience 
**Windows OS/7/8/10, Windows Server
**Mac OS
**Office 365, Exchange, Mimecast
**Active Directory, Azure
**Group Policy
**MDM – Intune, JAMF
**Virtual Machines – VMWare
**Networking – DHCP/DNS, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Switches/Routers
