Information Security Analyst, Merseyside, £45,000 - £50,000

Information Security Analyst required for a leading retailer, continuing on their cloud transformation journey, with Information Security at the forefront. Part for the Information Security team, working hand in hand with the Infrastructure, development and DevOps functions. 

As the Information Security Analyst, you will be the technical security SME across the company, advising the function on what tools should be introduced and implemented, along with enhancing their current tech/tool stack and ensuring they are used efficiently and that Security is embedded across the company.

The ideal Information Security Analyst will have;

• Excellent understanding of web applications, web servers, application technologies, frameworks and protocols with respect to application development and deployment
• OWASP Understanding 
• Experience with Cloud Security (Office365, Azure)
• Vulnerability assessment/scanning tools such as Nessus
