Role: IT Support Engineer

Salary: £26,000

Maxwell Bond are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a reputable Financial business in the heart of Liverpool.

Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Support Engineer will offer support and technical assistance to customers, helping them to complete 1st/2nd line support tasks or troubleshoot problems across various technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

**First point of contact for all IT queries
**Maintaining SLA’s and KPI’s to ensure efficient service
**Provide deskside and remote IT Support to the business user base
**Ensuring timely resolution of tickets

Technical Requirements:

**1+ years minimum experience in an IT Support role
**Windows OS, Windows Server
**Office 365, Exchange SharePoint
**Active Directory
**Telephony - VOIP
**Network Troubleshooting
