Role: IT Technician
Location: Sheffield / Hybrid
Salary: £25,000 DOE

Maxwell Bond are working with a leading MSP based in Sheffield who are in search for an IT Technician to be part of their team – could this be you?

Reporting into the Operations Manager, your role as the IT Technician will involve being hands on with diagnosing and resolving any hardware-related issues for both clients and internal users.

You will also have the opportunity to get involved with building and configuring IT equipment, as well as working with Microsoft technologies and software updates on a daily basis.

What you can bring to the team?

**Experience working with an MSP environment (Highly desirable)
**Windows Server, Windows OS/10
**Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune
**Knowledge of Networking – DHCP/DNS, LAN/WAN, Switches/Routers/Cables
**Hardware Support – Builds & repairs/Configurations/Maintenance/Installations
