Recruitment Key Account Manager, Manchester City Centre

After back-to-back record quarters to finish 2020 on a high winning new exclusive tech partnerships with global tech businesses and Maxwell Bond are looking to hire again for Q1 of 2021. We have multiple key accounts ranging form fintech, retail to tech driven businesses.

Due to the success and multiple accounts, we've decided to set up a new division to help solely focus on the delivey, care, service and expansion of our clients. The successful recruitment account manager or account developer, can really help hone and shape this division, building a solid team around them. This is a unique opportunity that doesnt come around often.

For this recruitment key account manager role, we need someone who:

  • Has a track record in managing accounts and developing or expanding key accounts, ideally in a tech, change, digital or data recruitment enviornment.
  • Proven recruitment experience ideally across tech, digital or data (although we can train this if you have the right skills)
  • Good communication & engagement skills
  • Honesty, Integrity with a desire to learn and grown
  • Determination to succeed or in simple terms a work ethic
