Role: Service Desk Engineer
Salary: £25,000 DOE
A leading MSP based in Sheffield are looking to add a Service Desk Engineer to their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Service Desk Supervisor, your role as the Service Desk Engineer will involve offing remote support to clients by working part of a team that helps to resolve and manage various 1st and 2nd line tickets from end users.
Your day-to-day role will involve being responsible for managing service requests in accordance with SLA’s, communicating with end users using email, phone, and remote-control software as well as updating the Service Desk software at all times.

What you can bring to the team?
**Experience working with an MSP environment (Highly desirable)
**1+ years minimum experience working within IT
**Windows Server, Windows OS/10
**Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint
**Virtual Machines – VMWare, Hyper-V
**Knowledge of Networking – DHCP/DNS, LAN/WAN, Switches/Routers/Cables, Firewalls
**Hardware Support – Builds & repairs/Configurations/Maintenance/Installations
