Role: Service Desk Engineer X2
Location: Watford / Hybrid 
Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 DOE

Maxwell Bond is working with a fast-growing and reputable MSP who are looking to add X2 Service Desk Engineers to join their team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Service Desk Manager, your day-to-day role as the Service Desk Engineer will involve various hardware and software configurations, resolving customer requirements, and when necessary, escalating any issues to the 3rd Line team.

What you can bring to the team:

**4+ years IT experience + MSP experience (highly desireable!!!)
**2+ years minimum experience specialising in 2nd Line Support
**Windows OS/7/8/10, Windows Server
**Mac OS
**Office 365, Exchange, Mimecast
**Active Directory, Azure
**Group Policy
**MDM – Intune, JAMF
**Virtual Machines – VMWare
**Networking – DHCP/DNS, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Switches/Routers
