Tech Lead- .NET, Azure – Warrington/Hybrid - £65k + 15% Bonus + 10% Pension
This is an opportunity for a Tech Lead to join a newly shaped team to make an impact and drive forward the future of software engineering. This would be a great role for an established Tech Lead looking to join a larger business, or a Senior Developer looking to take the next step in their career.
As their Tech Lead, you will join an established FinTech who have recently gone cloud first and you’ll be working closely with their new Head of Engineering on multiple high-level projects from inception through to delivery; in an environment where you’ll be able to liberate and create!
Alongside being a strong hands on developer, the key element to this role is mentoring and coaching capabilities. There isn’t any formal line management however knowing the technology in and out, and being able to coach other developers is key.
Key requirements include:
- Strong hands on technical skills in C#, .NET Core, MVC, Azure, Javascript
- Capability to mentor and train other developers (You’ll initially be looking at 4-5 engineers in this team)
- Strong understanding of coding standards and agile best practices.
- Working with project and product manages to assess progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Strong collaboration, relationship building and leadership skills.
The salary on offer is up to £65k + 15% bonus + 10% pension + Private Medical Insurance and much more!
The role is hybrid with 1-2 day a week in the office.
