We require a test automation engineer who has a background in working closely with software developers and writing test automation scripts from scratch, whether than be in Selenium or Cypress, they are more interested in your attitude, process and willingness to truly support the software developers that matters. You’ll be reporting directly into the test manager and working autonomously across a tech team of 45 people plus internal and external stakeholders.
What is needed for the successful test automation engineer
- A background in software, you understand how an application is put together from start to finish. Ideally be able to read .Net, but language is not essential.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Jmeter etc.
- Performance load testing experience
- Ideally worked within a SaaS environment
- API testing experience
