Application Support Lead
Salary: £30,000-36,000
Location: Brighton (1 day a week onsite)
Maxwell Bond have partnered with a leading higher education provider who are on the lookout for an Application Support Lead to join the team on a permanent basis.
As Application Support Lead, you'll manage the workload within the function, ensuring incidents and service requests are triaged, prioritised and resolved, whilst line-managing the Application Support Advisor.
What you'll do as Application Support Lead:
- Resolve complex and high-impact support issues across core applications, proactively identifying trends in support requests and provide solutions for improvements.
- Monitor and maintain the helpdesk system, ensuring accurate categorisation for all support tickets.
- Work closely with Senior members of the business on any changes made to technology applications, along with end users to gather information and clarify issues.

What they're looking for:
- Proven experience working in the education sector, supporting systems such as Celcat timetable, Celcat Payclaim, Salesforce CRM, Unit-e record system.
- Experience managing a helpdesk team in a fast-paced environment with strong knowledge of helpdesk/ticketing platforms.
- Strong experience handling escalated technical enquires whilst coordinating with third-party vendors and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Jira Ticketing Management platform and experience working with SQL would be advantageous.
