We are working with a rapidly scaling e-Commerce searching for their next permanent Business Analyst. Over the past few years the business has started to scale massively and your role will be integral to their growth



You will be supporting key stakeholders within the business, identifying and communicating requirements, enabling them to carry out the business vison and strategy. Your role is to promote best practice processes and align existing processes to ensure you are contributing to the high-performance environment. Your ability to effectively communicate the needs of key stakeholders to the wider business will be crucial to your success within the Business Analyst role.


What they’re looking for in you as their Business Analyst:
  • Strong experience of Business Analysis in technical environments (IT/Software)
  • Requirement gathering and collaboration with Product team, UX team, stakeholders and customers to understand and break down requirements
  • Providing regular and transparent progress updates to business stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and updating documentation (requirements, process maps, user story maps, solution documentation).
  • Experience working in e-Commerce, retail or similar sectors is highly beneficial
