Are you a Finance Assistant with experience of book keeping and purchase ledger looking for your next challenge?
Working alongside a friendly and collaborative small finance team, my client is looking for an experienced finance assistant that can support across a range of activities including:
- Processing invoices and financial transactions
- Credit control and providing excellent customer service
- Bank reconciliations and payment setups
- Responding to finance queries
- Updating and maintaining financial spreadsheets
- Handling monthly and quarterly reports

What they are looking for:
- Prior experience as a Finance assistant or similar role with sales and purchase ledger experience.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Organisation and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail, with ability to spot numerical errors.
- Familiarity with XERO or similar accounting software.
