IT Operations Engineer

I'm working on behalf of a genuine Tech for Good Client to find someone help improve their internal IT systems and processes. They are in an exciting phase of growth having made 10+ hires in the last 6-9 months.

What do you need? 
- Experience in a ticket based environment 
- M365, Sharepoint, VPN, O365 knowledge 
- Proactive attitude to seek out improvements
- Communication skills to engage company & suppliers stakeholders
- Keen attitude to helping others 

This role will be a great fit for someone with 2-4 years experience in IT Support and demonstrable experience of owning and delivering projects as well. There is hybrid flexibility but you will be expected to attend the Warwick office a minimum of 3x per week.
