Location: Porto, Portugal – Remote work with the occasional office visit
Salary: €36,000 + up to 10% bonus (DOE)
We are looking for an experienced and driven Service Delivery Lead to oversee the operational and commercial success of a portfolio of managed services engagements.
In this role, you will manage high-value client engagements, serving as the primary operational contact, ensuring adherence to service level agreements, and driving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational and Commercial Management:
- Oversee the operational and financial success of Managed Services engagements within your portfolio.
- Consistently meet or exceed service level agreements and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide visibility into operational performance for clients and leadership.
- Attend regular meetings to represent the service delivery team and ensure service quality.
Business Development:
- Ensure resources and environments are optimised to meet commitments and expectations.
- Build and maintain sustainable client relationships.
- Ensure consistent service coverage and compliance with agreed-upon SLAs.
- Ensure delivery teams fully understand service objectives, coverage requirements, SLAs, and reporting responsibilities.
- Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Demonstrated experience in service delivery management, ideally within a Managed Services environment.
- Strong knowledge of SLAs and operational best practices.
- Proven problem-solving and escalation management capabilities.
- Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of effective service management practices.
