A growing business in Islington are looking to add a technically minded Systems Administrator to their team on a permanent basis.
As the Systems Administrator you will work closely alongside the IT Director ensuring that all Infrastructure and Network technologies are running smoothly - making recommendations for improvements, leading projects, providing reactive support and so much more!
This position will suit someone who is confident in their abilities, someone who is able to work well autonomously and manage their own day and tasks to ensure efficiency and success.

- Participate in the definition of physical and virtual on-premises and cloud systems infrastructure equipment, install them, put them into production, administer them and ensure that they are maintained in operational condition (versions, updates, upgrades, etc.).
- Manage upgrades (patches and security fixes) for OS, databases and middleware on servers (impact study, platform testing, mass deployment following validation).
- Anticipate, forecast and propose changes to cloud and on-premises infrastructure linked to servers and storage systems.
- Integrate new solutions to improve infrastructure performance.
