Elicia has been in tech recruitment in Manchester since 2017 and has joined Maxwell Bond to further establish and grow our Product, BA, and Delivery Manager recruitment across the UK and Germany. Elicia will be recruiting Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Directors, Business Analysts, and Delivery Managers. She always appraoches recruitment consultancy with complete integrity, grit, and transparency, with a drive to attain the desired results for her candidates and clients, whether that's finding a dream job, or hiring that star candidate. Elicia values honesty and integrity and remaining true to herself.
Outside of work, Elicia enjoys eating out at restaurants and bars, going to the gym, and spending time with her 8 nieces and nephews.
