Lauren started working in recruitment in 2016 and has joined Maxwell Bond as our Learning and Development Manager. Lauren is responsible for onboarding new starters into the business through training and coaching to get individuals billing as quickly as possible, as well as approaching development as a holistic approach concentrating on wellbeing, soft interpersonal skills, and equipping people with skills to further their career in whichever aspect of the business. Lauren is a very personable person who prides herself on her ability to train even the most complicated material, down to an outside-of-work example, so you can relate to the material. Lauren creates training around all aspects of wellbeing and soft skills outside of the Academies.
