Account Director – Cybersecurity Consultancy
£75,000 base + 50% OTE | Remote (UK-based)

We’re working with a leading UK cybersecurity consultancy specialising in Penetration Testing, SOC services, and wider InfoSec solutions. As they continue to scale, they’re hiring an experienced Account Director to own and grow a portfolio of existing clients across mid-market and enterprise.

You’ll be the strategic link between technical delivery and commercial success – focused on deepening client relationships, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring smooth renewals. What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients across multiple sectors

  • Driving revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals

  • Acting as a trusted advisor – translating client needs into tailored solutions

  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure delivery excellence

  • Reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and performance

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in account management or client success in cybersecurity or tech consulting

  • A commercial mindset with a track record of growing key accounts

  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills

  • Knowledge of Pen Testing, SOC, or InfoSec services is highly desirable

Remote-first role (UK-based) with occasional travel for client meetings
