The Opportunity
This is a highly consultative, enterprise-level new business role, focused on selling large-scale transformation programmes that combine education, services, and technology. You’ll engage with senior decision-makers across multiple industries, crafting tailored solutions that drive real business impact.
Key Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise clients across the UK and Europe.

Lead the full sales cycle — from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.

Sell complex, high-value service and technology programmes to senior stakeholders.

Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, including CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and transformation leaders.

Craft business cases and ROI models that communicate long-term strategic value.

Work closely with internal delivery, marketing, and product teams to align solutions to client needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile

4+ years of B2B consultative sales experience, ideally in professional services, learning tech, or digital transformation.

Proven record of closing six-figure enterprise deals and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Strong understanding of value-based selling and storytelling in complex environments.

Confident selling programmes and services, not just software licenses.
