We’re looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join a forward-thinking digital and technology function at a time of exciting transformation. This is a key leadership role where you’ll shape how products and services are delivered, ensuring teams are aligned, risks are managed, and value is realised across the organisation.

You’ll lead and coach multiple cross-functional teams, champion agile ways of working, and act as a trusted key spokesperson for the team with senior stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence strategy, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and make a real impact on how technology enables business outcomes.

As the Agile Delivery Manager you will be:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire multiple delivery teams, embedding Agile best practices and driving continuous improvement.

  • Champion delivery excellence - optimise flow, tackle complex risks and dependencies, and remove blockers to maximise value.

  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from project boards to executive leaders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Shape ways of working through Communities of Practice, improving reporting/metrics, and innovation in Agile delivery.

  • Develop and grow people - building high-performing teams, ensuring clear objectives, and supporting career development.

All you need to have to be successful as the Agile Delivery Manager:

  • Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, delivering key projects whilst embedding/promoting Agile ways of working.

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams. Ability to lead the community of practice.

  • Deep knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks, with a pragmatic approach to applying them in different contexts.

  • Familiarity with modern software delivery practices (e.g. DevOps, CI/CD, BDD/TDD).
