Job Advert: Application Management Specialist (Prague – Hybrid)

We’re searching for an Application Management Specialist to take ownership of a core platform and applications, and to play a key role in shaping the future architecture of systems. This is a blend of hands-on application support (L2/L3) and strategic roadmap work focused on harmonising and standardising the application ecosystem worldwide.

What you’ll do
  • Own day-to-day L2/L3 application support (50%).
  • Lead the application harmonisation and standardisation programme (50%).
  • Work closely with Product, Infrastructure, and Application Support teams.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to build long-term application strategy.
  • Read and understand code to support analysis and collaboration.
  • Support integrations, transitions, and future-state architecture work.
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to read C# and JavaScript/React for troubleshooting and understanding flows.
  • Background in application support, application ownership, or application management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance tactical and strategic work.
  • Based in Prague or willing to relocate (essential for first-year collaboration).
Nice to have
  • Python exposure (integration and analytics discussions for future roadmap).
  • Experience working in transformation or modernisation initiatives.
Working model
  • Hybrid in Prague (weekly office time essential for cross-team collaboration).
  • Close partnership with senior tech leadership, app owners, and product teams.
