Role requirements:
- 1+ years of Application Support
- Ideal – HTML/CSS experience
- 1+ years of working in a support/service desk environment
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in resolution of incidents and problems across the helpdesk system
- Helping to provide technical and functional support to the business application support function
- Ensure and deliver key bug fixes & implement fixes
- Install and configure new/bespoke systems
