Business Development Representative – Cybersecurity (Hybrid, Colorado)
We’re representing a fast-growing cybersecurity company delivering enterprise-grade protection and compliance solutions to SMBs across defense and regulated industries. The team is expanding and looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth and identify new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do

Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads.

Engage decision-makers to build awareness of cybersecurity and compliance solutions.

Support Account Executives with pipeline development and sales enablement.

Learn consultative sales techniques and progress within a high-performance team.
What You Bring

1–3 years in tech or cybersecurity sales (SDR/BDR experience preferred).

Strong communication, curiosity, and drive to exceed targets.

Self-starter with a growth mindset and team-player attitude.
Compensation & Location

Base: $60K–$80K + commission (OTE available)

Hybrid in Colorado (3 days in office)
