Business Development Manager – Martech SaaS
Hybrid (Manchester – 2 days in office)
£60,000 base + £40,000 uncapped commission

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our team in Manchester. This is a hybrid role (2 days a week in our city centre office), focused on selling our MarTech SaaS platform and marketing services to marketing teams and decision-makers across the UK.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, ambitious team with a strong social conscience—we’re proud to work closely with leading charities such as Mind and other mission-driven organisations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Generating and closing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and consultative selling
- Building relationships with marketing leaders across industries to understand their goals and challenges
- Pitching and tailoring our SaaS solutions and services to solve real-world digital marketing problems
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and account management to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets with full autonomy and support
- Proven experience in B2B new business development, ideally in SaaS, martech, digital or marketing services
- A hunter mindset with the ability to self-source and close new deals
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, websites, or CMS platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A collaborative spirit with the ambition to grow into a leadership or strategic role
- A competitive £60,000 base salary + £40,000 uncapped commission
- Hybrid working – 2 days in our Manchester office, 3 from home
