Maxwell Bond have partnered with a growing Retail Distribution company that are transforming their ways of working and embracing Agile ways of working. This role will help embed effective, sustainable working practices and establish a clear prioritisation framework, enabling teams to take ownership and work with great autonomy.
As Delivery Manager, you’ll work closely with the IT Director, acting as the IT functions delivery authority, keeping teams focused and maintaining momentum across multiple programmes and platform changes running at the same time.
What you'll do as Delivery Manager:
- Coordinate day-to-day work across teams, remove blockers, balance priorities, and make sure value is delivered quickly and safely.
- Coach teams in modern delivery practices, manage incoming demand of projects, BAU, incidents, tech debt, and provide cover when product leadership is stretched.
- Keep stakeholders informed, report on progress and risks, and ensure work meets agreed standards so releases are reliable and measurable.

What they're looking for:
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and complex work, including prioritisation, dependency management, and unblocking delivery across internal and external partners.
- Practical experience embedding Agile ways of working, running delivery or requirements workshops, and challenging scope to keep work focused and ready to deliver.
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, making data-led decisions, and ideally bringing experience in Warehouse Management Systems or operations and logistics environments.
