About the Role:
We’re partnering with a public sector client seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support their growing IT and Digital function. You will play a key role in the organisations long term modernisation programme, delivering multiple digital projects from iteration to completion, with a focus on service redesign and systems development
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with services to understand business needs and gather requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to shape effective digital solutions.
- Lead projects from planning to delivery, ensuring successful implementation.
- Analyse and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Drive change management and support teams adopting new ways of working.
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
