The Opportunity:
 
We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead new business acquisition across the UK, selling our market-leading HR software and services solution into enterprise clients with large blue-collar workforces. You'll be responsible for building high-value relationships and closing deals with companies typically employing 1,000+ staff, where HR efficiency, compliance, and workforce engagement are critical.
 
The Package:
 
  • £70,000 – £85,000 basic salary
  • Double OTE (Uncapped)
  • Remote based in UK
  • Life insurance & pension
 
Key Details:
 
  • Territory: UK-wide (Remote-based)
  • Sector Focus: Retail, Hospitality & public sector (high-volume, blue-collar environments)
  • Average sales Cycle: 8 months
  • Annual Target: £2 million
  • Average Order Value: £350k
 
Must-Have Experience:
 
  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions (both software and services)
  • Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Ability to build trust and credibility quickly – you connect easily with prospects and excel in a consultative sales environment
  • High levels of self-motivation and resilience – you take ownership and drive results
