Overview

We’re looking for a driven Enterprise Account Executive to join a rapidly scaling HR software and services business that’s transforming how organisations across the retail, hospitality, and public sectors engage, manage, and empower their workforces.
You’ll be joining a business competing directly with the major HCM players, but with the agility and pace of a scale-up. This role is ideal for a consultative enterprise salesperson who thrives in complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder deals and wants more autonomy, ownership, and influence than they’d find in a corporate environment.

The Opportunity

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll lead new business acquisition across the UK, targeting enterprise clients with large blue-collar or dispersed workforces.

You’ll identify opportunities, find own leads and develop relationships at HR Director and C-level, and lead long, consultative sales cycles, supported by sales engineers but responsible for the full sales process end to end.

This role suits someone who is entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and naturally consultative, with an authentic interest in the HR tech space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales (prospecting to close) across target sectors: retail, hospitality, and public sector.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities, typically 6–12-month sales cycles.
  • Present complex HR software and services solutions to senior HR stakeholders, influencing at board level.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor proposals and demonstrate ROI.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven enterprise SaaS seller with experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (ideally HR software or related HCM / workforce management tech).
  • Strong understanding of HR decision-making and the nuances of selling to people-focused senior stakeholders.
  • A self-starter who can prospect, qualify, and close deals independently, not reliant on large pre-sales or bid teams.
  • Entrepreneurial and ambitious, thrives in a scaling environment with autonomy and accountability.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
  • Resilient, consultative, and relationship-driven, not transactional or pushy.
