Head of Client Support

(Customer Success / Client Support / SaaS)

Central Manchester (2x a week)

 

We’re looking for a Head of Client Support / Customer Success to join an internationally recognised digital agency in central Manchester. With nearly £30 million of new investment and ambitious growth plans, it’s an exciting time to make your mark and help shape our future.

 

In this role, you’ll lead and empower a talented support team, nurture client relationships, and act as a trusted escalation point for key accounts. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality support that drives both satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

 

This isn’t a hands-on technical role, but you’ll guide a team of technical specialists and ensure client needs are always at the heart of how we work.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Experience leading customer success, client support, or services teams in a digital or technical environment (SaaS or CRM experience welcome).
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders while supporting your team to succeed.
  • Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations.
  • A balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership in guiding teams through escalations.
