Head of Sales - MarTech
Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the city centre office)
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 base + OTE
Team: 4 Sales Executives
The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Sales who is passionate about empowering others and building success through teamwork. You’ll lead and nurture a team of four sales executives, helping them to achieve their goals while developing their skills and confidence.
Alongside guiding your team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy, building lasting partnerships with senior clients, and ensuring our sales approach reflects our values. This is a hybrid role with 2 days each week in our Manchester office.

What You’ll Do
- Empower, mentor, and inspire a team of 4 sales executives to grow and thrive.
- Create and deliver the sales strategy with a focus on collaboration and shared success.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Client Services to deliver joined-up client solutions.
- Drive sustainable growth through a consultative, partnership-led approach.
- Provide clear, supportive guidance on pipeline, forecasting, and team performance.
- Represent the business at industry events, peer networks, and client roundtables.
About You
- Proven experience in senior sales within SaaS, MarTech, or other Tech industry.
- A natural coach and mentor, able to bring out the best in others.
- Strong communicator who values collaboration and inclusivity.
- Skilled in consultative selling and building trusted client partnerships.
- Commercially confident, with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on involvement.
- Knowledge of CRM, automation, and the wider digital/MarTech space.
