IT Incident Manager – **HYBRID**

6 Months / £200 - £270 per day / Manchester or Midlands / Hybrid

My client is an established UK accountancy firm and is growing rapidly. They are working with us exclusively to urgently acquire an IT Incident manager on an initial 6 month basis.

In this role as an Incident Manager, you will focus mostly on documenting and implementing incident management and problem management. You will be responsible for improving incident management and pushing resolutions, whilst delivering excellent customer service as well as stakeholder management.

  • Document Creation
  • Process Improvement
  • Stakeholder Management / Customer Service

Advantageous (but not essential) experience includes:
  • ITIL or similar
  • Experience in similar roles such as Service Delivery Manager
  • Continuous Improvement (CI)

Please note, for this role you will be required on-site 3 days per week, and you must have access to a vehicle as you will be required to attend meetings at client’s sites.
