Implementation Project Manager

Salary: £45,000- £50,000 (12 month FTC)

About the Role:

We’re partnering with a public sector client in Greater Manchester seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join their growing IT and Digital function. You will play a key role in the organisation’s long-term modernisation programme, delivering system implementation projects that drive efficiency and service improvement across the organisation. Experience in regulatory services is heavily desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end system implementation projects, from planning to successful delivery
  • Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure systems meet business needs
  • Analyse and redesign processes to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Drive change management and support teams adopting new systems and ways of working
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
