Infrastructure Manager - Nuneaton/Hybrid - £65,000
Maxwell Bond are engaged with one of our top clients, looking for an Infrastructure Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for a team of Infrastructure Engineer with a view to being hands on when needed (sitting with staff member, explaining or running through how to solve a technical query etc…). The role is a mixture of hands off work and hands on (70/30) and will report directly into the Head of Infrastructure Services.
This role does offer hybrid working, looking at a 3/2 split throughout the week.

What we need from you:
- Hands on experience (recent) on both on-premise and Azure data centres
- Experience managing and leading Infrastructure teams
- Handle change, problem and incident management
- Must have a ‘security first’ approach to all systems
- Data centre experience – absolutely essential
- Line management duties; 1-2-1 reviews, mentorship
