They are at an exciting point where the business has continued to scale and now looking for a Lead Test Manager to take them to the next level.

 

As their Lead Test Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role working in a fast-paced delivery team, responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring high-quality test delivery.

 

This role focuses on stakeholder management, test planning, and oversight. While the Test Engineers perform the majority of hands-on testing, you will ensure effective strategy, reporting, and resource allocation across projects.

 

To be successful you will have experience in the following:

 

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Background as a Test Lead / Test Manager. 
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in complex environments.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills – clear, concise, and solution-oriented.

 

The interview process is 2 stages involved 30 minute Teams call and an hour behavioural /scenario stage.
