The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering technology-led initiatives across regulated or safety-critical industries, working across APIs, embedded systems, cloud platforms, and integration-heavy environments. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple streams of work, balancing priorities between engineering, digital delivery, and business readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology transformation projects involving software, firmware, hardware, and infrastructure
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams - including platform integrations, customer portal delivery, and system connectivity
• Collaborate with technical leads, engineering teams, and field-based operational stakeholders
• Align project outcomes with customer experience, service efficiency, and compliance objectives
• Own timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional dependencies
• Communicate effectively across all levels, including C-suite stakeholders and frontline contributors
• Lead supplier and third-party engagement where required
• Support business readiness and handover into operational service
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong track record delivering technical transformation projects in complex or regulated environments
• Experience across software, infrastructure, and hardware delivery (ideally in embedded or IoT settings)
• Deep understanding of API integration, platform interoperability, and multi-system environments
• Exposure to field service or site-based operational delivery models (e.g. engineers, installers, safety teams)
• Agile and/or hybrid project delivery experience (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and risk management skills
• Project management certification (PRINCE2, MSP, PMP) preferred
• Experience in sectors such as aerospace, utilities, smart metering, telecoms, or security is advantageous
