Regional Sales Manager

Cybersecurity Consultancy | Texas (Remote) / California (Remote) / Colorado (Hybrid)
Base Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 | Double OTE, Uncapped + Benefits

Maxwell Bond is recruiting on behalf of a well-funded, high-growth cybersecurity consultancy delivering Cybersecurity-as-a-Service to SMBs operating in regulated and mission-critical environments.

This organisation combines managed detection and response with compliance-led security operations, helping customers achieve standards such as NIST and CMMC while maintaining strong security posture.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced cybersecurity sales professional to join an early-stage but well-backed business with genuine momentum and long-term upside.


The Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business across your assigned region, engaging SMB decision-makers and demonstrating the value of a modern, managed cybersecurity platform.

You’ll focus on closing, relationship-building, and value-based selling rather than pure cold pipeline generation—though prior experience building pipeline is highly beneficial.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow regional revenue through new logo acquisition

  • Engage SMB customers with complex security and compliance needs

  • Deliver compelling, value-led sales presentations

  • Manage full sales cycles from discovery through close

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams

  • Feed market insights back into go-to-market strategy


Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years selling cybersecurity services (MDR strongly preferred)

  • Proven experience selling to SMB customers

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Confident selling security solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, growth-stage environments

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $110,000 – $140,000
