Senior Business Analyst - D365 CE
Remote (occasional site visits when required)

We are on the search for a senior Business Analyst with strong D365 CE skills to join a UK?based technology consultancy supporting non-for-profit and charities across the UK. This role is perfect for an individual who has multiple experiences leading full D365 CE implementation projects from start to finish, enjoys collaborating with the CRM delivery teams and someone genuinely loves working directly with stakeholders and clients.

As Senior Business Analyst You'll:
- Bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams
- Design, lead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, working closely with the client's objectives and requirements
- Advise on CRM configuration and development
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other Business Analysts
- Responsible for user Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and execution
- Work closely with non-for-profit and charities across the UK
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in start to finish CRM implementation projects
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 CE implementation
- Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills are a must
- Experienced in process mapping, gap assessment, and solution development
