The Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a critical migration and replatforming programme. You’ll collaborate directly with executive stakeholders, lead cross-functional delivery teams, and ensure integration across infrastructure, applications, and data services. This is a hands-on role where leadership, governance, and stakeholder engagement are key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of a complex transformation programme, including platform and data migration.
  • Define and manage governance structures, delivery frameworks, and project methodologies.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and manage integration across multiple technical domains.
  • Maintain robust project plans, RAID logs, risk strategies, and executive reporting.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders through SteerCo and executive forums.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to client-side capability development.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Support on-site engagement with monthly travel to the Isle of Man (travel expenses covered).

About You:

  • Extensive experience in senior project or programme management, preferably within consultancy or regulated environments.
  • Proven success in migration, replatforming, and transformation delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and high-pressure delivery timelines.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and RAID management.
  • Skilled in governance, risk mitigation, compliance, and executive-level reporting.
  • Background mentoring delivery teams and supporting change initiatives.

Desirable:

  • Financial services or regulated industry experience.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, service transition, and continuity planning.
  • Familiarity with change management and test strategy planning.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in complexity, values strategic impact, and enjoys blending high-level stakeholder leadership with practical delivery oversight.
