Job Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

I’m hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative for a high-growth UK B2B SaaS marketing technology business.

This isn’t a spray-and-pray SDR role.

It’s built around strong discovery, real qualification, and measurable impact.

The Role:

  • Book ~20 genuinely qualified meetings per month
  • Sell a complex, multi-layered SaaS product to marketing teams
  • Use proven sales frameworks (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Partner closely with BDs - you qualify, they close

The Profile:

  • 2–3 years’ B2B SDR or sales experience
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Metric-driven, commercially minded, coachable
  • Experience selling into a marketing audience is highly preferable
