£150 – 300 per day / Manchester / Hybrid
My client urgently requires a Sever Engineer to support them on an immediate basis. Due to somebody leaving, they need somebody to assist with a handover and “keeping things ticking over” whilst they are recruiting for a permanent replacement, They expect this to be circa 3 months in total.
They are a logistics company based in Manchester and you will be working alongside a team of 9.
Key Experience Needed:
- Cloud Infrastructure (ie AWS / Azure / GCP – anything is fine)
- Database queuing systems
- Continuous Deployment & Continuous Integration
- Linux Server Administration
Advantageous experience includes:
- Kubernetes / Docker
- Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
For your first 3-5 days you will be required on-site in Manchester, however thereafter there is flexibility for the role to be 100% remote.
