We’re supporting a global SaaS-based company who are on the front of innovation in the financial technology space find their VP Customer success to join them at a pivotal point.

Their product is disrupting the status quo and bringing innovative solutions to businesses and consumers as well as transforming the way businesses and consumers engage with their financial ecosystems.

They are a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company, who has spent the last 12 months uniting Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success into one integrated team — focused on the entire customer lifecycle. From first contact to long-term partnership, they’re building a seamless experience that drives real business outcomes for our clients.

As the VP Customer Success, you’ll be responsible for;
  • Lead and scale a multidisciplinary team covering customer onboarding, success, retention, renewals, and upsells.
  • Develop the strategy for customer engagement and expansion, ensuring alignment across sales, customer success, and account management.
  • Drive net revenue retention (NRR) by creating a proactive and data-driven customer success framework.
  • Implement tools, systems, and processes that give your team insight into customer health and lifecycle stages.
  • Cultivate a customer-first culture internally and represent the voice of the customer across the organisation.
  • Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team capable of scaling with the business.

To be successful as the VP Customer Success, all you need is:
  • Demonstrable experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management Leadership role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience leading teams of up 10 and being able to show how you’ve developed the team into a high-performing function
  • Exposure to working in a growing organisation; understanding the growth and strain that comes with the journey.
