Location: Manchester

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 (DOE)

The Role:

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients worldwide across Sport, Events, and Music. You’ll understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop client portfolios, building strong, lasting relationships
  • Serve as the main point of contact, providing expert support and guidance
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and maximise revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve any issues
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to clients and stakeholders

About You:

  • Experience in account management, client services, or similar roles
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Bilingual skills highly desirable to support international clients
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
