We’re partnering with a growing cybersecurity consultancy to recruit an experienced Account Manager to support and expand their client portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in cybersecurity sales and a proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts. You’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue while building long-term, trusted relationships.


The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of cybersecurity services. You’ll act as the primary point of contact, working closely with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key client accounts within the cybersecurity space
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Lead on commercial discussions, renewals, and contract negotiations
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and contribute to overall revenue growth
  • Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends and solutions to advise clients effectively

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in an Account Manager / Client Manager / Sales role within cybersecurity
  • Strong experience managing and growing enterprise or mid-market accounts
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity services (e.g., SOC, GRC, penetration testing, cloud security)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach
