Salary/Bonus: £40–45k + 25% annual bonus + £5k car allowance

I’m recruiting for a growing commercial energy business based in Bury who are investing heavily into their sales capability. They’re looking for someone who can truly own relationships, drive growth and act as the focal point for key brokers.
Power is a big focus area alongside their established gas business. This role is about building relationships, developing accounts and getting in front of brokers and clients face-to-face.
They’re moving into a new office locally and have ambitious growth plans - this is a visible, commercially important hire.

Ideal candidate?
- Minimum 3+ years industry experience (energy supplier or TPI background essential)
- Strong understanding of fixed / flex contracts and broker structures
- Experience managing commercial relationships at a senior level
- Proven sales or account growth experience
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders / board level
- Analytical with strong commercial awareness
- Confident, driven personality - culture fit matters
- Able to travel and operate face-to-face with clients
