Client Relationship Executive - Student Enrolment

Up to £38K Base + Bonus + Additional Incentives

We’re partnering with a growing education and student recruitment organisation looking to hire ambitious, commercially driven individuals into their expanding recruitment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship building, sales, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, while also helping students progress into higher education opportunities.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing relationships with students, partners, and external organisations, guiding applicants through the full enrolment journey from initial enquiry through to successful placement.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of partner accounts
• Speaking with prospective students and supporting applications
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Working towards enrolment and intake targets
• Managing pipelines and keeping systems updated
• Attending meetings, events, and occasional client visits
• Supporting students through the admissions process

What They’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a sales, recruitment, admissions, or customer-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven mindset with good organisational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Education, recruitment, or student-focused experience would be beneficial but not essential
