Maxwell Bond have partnered with a Manchester based technology and market research company who are looking for a Data Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.
As Data Engineer, you'll work alongside a collaborative team of engineers delivering high-quality production models and data products through testing, analysis, validation and operational support for clients and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Do as Data Engineer:
- Perform testing and validation of logic changes and product releases, investigating data quality issues.
- Write SQL and Python scripts to interrogate data and automate checks, maintaining clear documentation.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritise enhancements, whilst working with stakeholders internally and external.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Data Engineer role, preferably working on AWS.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, and familiarity with AWS tooling such as Spark or S3.
- Experience working on data products and supporting on client facing datasets.
