You'll lead a small, high-performing engineering team of 3, driving technical delivery, mentoring engineers and working closely with Product and Tech Leads to evolve modern web applications and APIs.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of 3 software engineers. (Tech wise they're AWS Serverless, PHP/Laravel, Javascript/Typescript)
- Own delivery, planning and technical priorities for the team.
- Work with Product and Tech Leads to shape architecture and roadmaps.
- Drive engineering best practices across quality, testing and observability.
- Support hiring, coaching, performance reviews and career development.
- Champion continuous improvement across tooling, automation and delivery.
