Enterprise Account Executive (New Business – Learning & L&D Solutions)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £80,000 base + £80,000 OTE (uncapped)
The Role
We’re hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across large organisations. This is a hunter role, focused on landing high-value deals (£800k–£1M) with long, strategic sales cycles (up to 12 months).
You will sell learning and development solutions, including e-learning courses and professional training programs, to senior decision-makers in HR, L&D, and Digital leadership. Your role is to help organisations upskill their teams, improve workforce capability, and deliver measurable business impact. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving new L&D business
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and marketing campaigns
- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close
- Map and engage key stakeholders in HR, L&D, Digital, and Operational leadership
- Position learning solutions and e-learning programs that align to client priorities
- Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline discipline in Salesforce
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handovers and upsell/renewal opportunities
Experience & Skills
- Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, selling learning, L&D, or training solutions
- Experience closing large, complex deals with long sales cycles
- Strong discovery, commercial acumen, and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Structured, detail-oriented, and highly self-sufficient
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Familiarity with corporate training, capability-building, or e-learning solutions is a strong plus
